1. ABOUT US
Accwatch is a cloud-based business management and accounting platform operated by Topnotch Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17242921). By using Accwatch, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
2. WHAT ACCWATCH PROVIDES
Accwatch provides tools for invoicing, expense tracking, payroll management, inventory management, VAT and tax compliance reporting, HR management, and related business operations across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, and the United Kingdom. Accwatch is a software platform and does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. All reports and compliance exports are for informational purposes only and must be verified by a qualified professional before submission to any regulatory or tax authority.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
Accwatch offers the following subscription plans: Personal (Free), Business, Business Plus, Business Advanced, Freelancer Accountant, and Accounting Agency. Paid subscriptions are billed in GBP via Stripe. Prices displayed in other currencies (AED, SAR, EGP, etc.) are for reference only — actual charges are made in GBP. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. AI credit top-up packs are non-refundable once consumed. The 14-day free trial for Business plans does not require a credit card and converts to a paid subscription only if you choose to upgrade.
4. AI-POWERED FEATURES
Accwatch uses AI technology to assist with document scanning, data extraction, and financial analysis. AI-extracted data must be reviewed and verified by the user before use. Accwatch accepts no liability for errors in AI-extracted data. AI features consume credits from your monthly allowance or purchased top-up packs. Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing month.
5. DATA AND PRIVACY
You own all data you input into Accwatch. Topnotch Technologies Ltd processes your data solely to provide the platform's services. We do not sell your data to third parties. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy. Upon account deletion, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, except where retention is required by law.
6. MULTI-TENANT AND TEAM ACCESS
Business, Freelancer Accountant, and Accounting Agency plans allow multiple users to access a shared workspace. The account owner is responsible for all activity within their workspace, including actions taken by invited team members. Invited members must agree to these Terms before accessing any workspace.
7. COMPLIANCE TOOLS
Accwatch provides tools to assist with VAT returns, payroll compliance (WPS, Mudad, PAYE, ETA), and Companies House filings. These tools are provided to assist your compliance process and do not constitute professional tax or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of all submissions made to regulatory authorities using data from Accwatch.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Topnotch Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Accwatch, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, regulatory penalties, or loss of business. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All software, design, content, and branding within Accwatch is the property of Topnotch Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Accwatch after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
